Correct installation and standardized maintenance are the foundation for long-term stable operation of an industrial remote control. This article details the installation steps, wiring methods, commissioning process and daily maintenance key points, applicable to the full LDER and XINGJIA series.

Preparation Before Installation

Confirm the Model

Check that the remote control model and voltage specification match the equipment. The DK series requires confirming the 36V/220V/380V voltage position.

Prepare Tools

Screwdriver, multimeter, wire strippers, insulating tape, terminal blocks and other basic electrician tools.

Safe Power-Off

Ensure the equipment power is completely disconnected, hang a warning sign and prevent accidental energizing.

Read the Manual

Carefully read the product manual and wiring diagram to understand the definition of each terminal.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Receiver Installation

Step 2: Wiring

Wiring is the most critical part of installation and must be done strictly according to the wiring diagram:

Power Cable

Connect the power cable to the receiver power terminals, choosing the corresponding terminals based on the actual voltage. SK series: AC/DC 24V-500V; DK series: 36V/220V/380V three options.

Control Cable

Control cables lead out from the receiver output terminals and connect to each motor's control circuit. Dual-speed motors require connecting both fast and slow control cables.

Interlock Wiring

The contactors for forward/reverse movements must be interlocked (electrical interlock + mechanical interlock) to prevent simultaneous engagement causing a short circuit.

E-Stop Wiring

The E-Stop output is wired in series in the main contactor coil circuit; pressing E-Stop directly cuts off the entire control circuit.

What if a Direction is Reversed? If a direction movement does not match the remote control button direction, simply swap the two control cables for that direction on the receiver — no parts need to be replaced.

Maintenance Advice

Regular Cleaning

Wipe the enclosure with a clean, dry, soft cloth. IP67 products can be rinsed with water. Avoid organic solvents.

Battery Care

Remove the battery when the unit is not used for a long time to prevent leakage.

Dry After Rain

After use in the rain, wipe the remote control dry promptly to keep the product clean and dry.
