1. Selection

Q: How do I select an LDER remote control?
Selection is done in two steps: 1. Choose the button count — count how many movements the equipment needs: 2-3 movements choose 6-button, 4-5 choose 8-button, 6-7 choose 10-button, 8+ choose 12-button. 2. Choose the series — if you only need "open/close" control, choose the SK single-speed series; if you need "fast/slow" two-speed adjustment, choose the DK dual-speed series. Not sure? LD-10DK is the first choice for 90% of scenarios.
Q: What is the difference between SK single-speed and DK dual-speed?
SK single-speed: each button corresponds to one movement (open/close), suitable for simple start/stop control. DK dual-speed: each button supports fast/slow two-speed switching, suitable for scenarios requiring precise positioning.
Q: Why is the LD-10DK the "golden configuration"?
The LD-10DK is a 10-button dual-speed model. The 10-button layout covers the control requirements of the vast majority of lifting equipment, and the dual-speed function supports switching between high-speed operation and low-speed precise positioning — the best overall value for money.
Q: What do "1 transmitter + 1 receiver" and "2 receivers + 1 transmitter" mean?
"Receiver" refers to the receiver unit and "transmitter" refers to the remote control. 1 transmitter + 1 receiver = standard set; 2 receivers + 1 transmitter = dual receivers (control from two positions); 1 receiver + 2 transmitters = dual remote controls (shared across shifts or as backup).

2. Voltage

Q: What voltages do LDER remote controls support?
The SK single-speed series supports an ultra-wide AC/DC 24V-500V voltage range. The DK dual-speed series supports 36V/220V/380V, three options to choose from, specified at the time of purchase.
Q: Can it be used with 380V equipment?
Yes. The DK dual-speed series supports 380V; simply choose the 380V version when purchasing.
Q: What if I choose the wrong voltage?
The receiver voltage is set at the factory. Choosing the wrong voltage can prevent the equipment from working or damage it. Please confirm the equipment's actual operating voltage before purchasing.

3. Control Range & Signal

Q: How far is the control range?
The measured open-area range is ≥200 m. The actual range depends on the environment: ordinary workshops 120-180 m, dense factory buildings 80-120 m, mines/tunnels 50-100 m. The XINGJIA China Red series can reach 500-1000 m.
Q: Will the signal be subject to interference?
LDER and XINGJIA use the 470MHz band plus unique coding and rolling-code technology, giving strong anti-interference capability. Multiple units on the same site can be used simultaneously without mutual interference.
Q: What if the remote control loses contact with the receiver?
Built-in signal-loss automatic protection: within 1 second of losing contact, the receiver automatically performs an emergency stop and all movement outputs are cut off. Normal operation resumes once the connection is re-established.

4. Installation & Commissioning

Q: What are the installation steps?
1. Power off → 2. Wire → 3. Secure the receiver → 4. Power-on test (no-load first) → 5. Load operation. Refer to the product manual for the detailed wiring diagram.
Q: Does installation require a professional electrician?
It is recommended that installation be carried out by qualified professionals with an electrician's operation certificate. High-voltage work involves a risk of electric shock for non-professionals.
Q: What if the direction is reversed after wiring?
Simply swap the two control cables for the corresponding direction on the receiver — no parts need to be replaced.

5. Use & Maintenance

Q: What does a button lifespan of 10 million presses mean?
At 100 presses per day, it can be used for about 27 years. In normal industrial use, the button lifespan far exceeds the overall service life of the product.
Q: How long does the battery last?
The rated standby time is 144 hours (about 6 days). With 4 hours of use per day, a single charge lasts about 2-3 weeks. It supports charging while in use.
Q: Can it be used in the rain?
Yes. The full LDER series has IP67 waterproofing — rain use is completely fine, and even brief immersion does not affect it. The XINGJIA Xinghai T series (IP68) can operate underwater for short periods.
Q: Can a broken remote control be repaired?
LDER provides a 2-year warranty; non-human-induced damage within the warranty period can be replaced free of charge. After the warranty period, contact after-sales for repair.

6. Warranty & After-Sales

Q: How long is the LDER warranty?
2-year warranty from the purchase date. Non-human-induced damage within the warranty scope is replaced free of charge.
Q: What does "old-for-new exchange" mean?
If a non-human-induced fault occurs within the warranty period, the product is directly exchanged for a brand-new unit with no repair waiting time. The old-for-new exchange also applies beyond the warranty period (a price difference applies).
Q: Can it be customized?
LDER supports button function customization, voltage customization, appearance customization and other OEM/ODM services. XINGJIA supports non-standard customization requirements.
