The IP (Ingress Protection) rating consists of two digits: the first indicates protection against solid objects (0–6), the second against water (0–8). IP65: dust-tight + protected against water jets; IP66: dust-tight + protected against powerful water jets; IP67: dust-tight + protected against temporary immersion (1m/30min); IP68: dust-tight + protected against continuous immersion. Mainstream industrial remote controls are IP65~IP67; the XINGJIA Xingdun series reaches IP68. Choose according to the actual environment; don't over-specify.
