Overview
Industrial remote controls operating in construction sites, mines, ports, factories and other harsh environments face rain, dust, high temperatures, severe cold, vibration, corrosion and many other heavy challenges. The protection system is a core difference between industrial remote controls and consumer products — it is directly tied to equipment reliability and operational safety.
The IP Ingress-Protection System
IP (Ingress Protection) is the international ingress-protection standard defined in IEC 60529 by the International Electrotechnical Commission. It consists of two digits: the first indicates the dustproof level, the second indicates the waterproof level.

How IP67 Is Achieved
The full LDER lineup reaches IP67 ingress protection through the following techniques:
Sealing-Ring Design
Joints between enclosure halves use dual-layer silicone sealing rings; buttons also have independent sealing membranes beneath, effectively blocking water and dust ingress.
Ultrasonic Welding
Top and bottom enclosure halves are joined by ultrasonic welding into a single unit, eliminating physical gaps and ensuring the enclosure is sealed.
Waterproof Breathable Membrane
The battery compartment uses an ePTFE waterproof breathable membrane (Gore-Tex-class material) to balance internal and external air pressure while preventing water ingress.
Connector-End Sealing
Receiver cable ends are potted and sealed to prevent moisture from entering through the connector hole.
Operating Temperature Suitability
The operating temperature range of the full LDER & XINGJIA lineup is −50 °C to 80 °C, covering the full span from extreme cold to high heat.

Wide-Temperature Lithium Battery
Adopts a wide-temperature lithium battery pack that still delivers normal power at −40 °C (ordinary lithium batteries fail at −20 °C).
Low-Temperature Grease
Button mechanisms use aerospace-grade low-temperature grease so button rebound stays smooth even at −50 °C.
Cold-Resistant Enclosure
The industrial plastic formulation adds a toughening agent so the enclosure does not crack or deform in extreme cold.
