No. Pairing info is stored in the transmitter/receiver memory; battery changes don't affect it. Note: 1. turn off (key OFF) before replacing the battery; 2. correct battery polarity; 3. a normal self-test after replacement means it's ready to use. LDER LD series is plug-and-play after a battery change; no re-pairing needed.
