Emergency stop test procedure (every shift): 1. Press the emergency stop while the equipment runs unloaded; 2. Confirm the equipment stops immediately (<100ms response); 3. Release the emergency stop and confirm the equipment stays stopped; 4. Rotate the emergency stop to reset and confirm normal recovery. Note: keep the area clear of people and objects during the test.
