Conformal coating is an insulating protective coating applied to the surface of circuit boards: it resists moisture, salt spray and mold, while providing insulation against short circuits. After industrial remote control circuit boards are coated, service life improves significantly in humid, salt-spray (ports) and dusty environments. The circuit boards of the LIDER LD series are fully coated, as are XINGJIA's. Conformal coating is an invisible but important protection process.
