GFSK (Gaussian Frequency Shift Keying): a Gaussian filter is added on top of FSK for shaping, reducing out-of-band radiation and improving spectral efficiency. FSK uses two frequencies to represent 0/1; GFSK makes frequency transitions smoother, with better anti-interference and spectrum utilization. Industrial remote controls commonly use GFSK/FSK modulation (LDER LD series), which is more resistant to interference and more reliable than ASK (amplitude shift keying). Some high-end XINGJIA models also use GFSK.
