Carrier frequency is the reference frequency on which RF signals carry information. Both 433MHz and 470MHz belong to the UHF band: 433MHz is the most widely used ISM band in China with good compatibility; the 470MHz band is cleaner (beside the wireless microphone band) with slightly stronger diffraction. The LDER LD series uses 470MHz for good anti-interference; some XINGJIA models use 433MHz. Selection principle: choose 470MHz if there are many wireless devices around, and lower frequencies for extremely demanding range requirements.
